Based on scientifically proven techniques, we deliver a range of courses, workshops and regular meetings to help people learn about and develop a mindfulness practice. This ranges from short taster sessions, regular drop-in meditation sessions, short courses and full mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) courses. Teachers are trained to a high standard, and have certificates from leading training organisations, including masters level qualifications from UK universities.
