Please avoid at all costs

I decided to take my defective PS3 console, along with 3 controllers, to this guy for repairs. It turned out to be a big mistake. Not only he did not repair them, but he won't even return them to me, under the pretext he has misplaced them. Now, he stopped answering his phone/messages/e-mails. My thought is that he either broke them down for parts or he fixed and sold them himself. Now all the data I had stored on my console is lost to me, ranging from countless hours of gameplay to personal details. He might do a good job for friends and acquaintances, but if you're a stranger to him be very careful and think twice before employing his services, mainly because he doesn't hand out any receipts for taking your devices in for repairs.
