hi, I wrote the previous review and I'm trying to edit it. I finally received my £350 worth of kit, and credit to them, it is pretty decent kit. Well cut pieces, nicely laminated, and all the extras I ordered (audio amp, artwork, speakers etc) are excellent. So I'm now trying to edit my review to 4 stars (one off for lack of comms during the delivery delay)...but can't figure out how to do it! Sorry Flatout, hope this good review atleast helps partially nullify my previous bad review.
Flatout Arcade - Fraudulent
Ordered £350 worth of kit ; cocktail table diy arcade setup with a few extras. 6 weeks later still not arrived. Tried calling them LOTS of times, without answering they blocked my number. Got one email after repeatedly mailing and trying to post on their facebook page (which they don't allow). Their mail said the table was ready to go, but how many holes do I want drilled for buttons.....not sure that's ready to go if they still have to drill holes. I replied naively thinking they were honest. They implied it'd arrive within a couple days. But 10 days later, no show. Such a shame, we were really, really looking forward to having a cool retro arcade table. I'm now forced to begin legal proceedings to get my money back. Such a shame.
