My name is Robert Bienkiewicz and I am the owner of ViGo Xpress. Logistics is not just a business for me but also a part of my life since my early years when I started learning about it from my father, a lorry driver with a life time of experience in transport. I started from scratch working via job agencies in a number of companies specializing in logistics and removals. Then I was employed by TNT and Ceva Logistics where I spent 4 years gaining skills and experience that enhanced my own professional development. It was around that time I realized that customers often need a more individual approach that big companies might not always offer. As a result, in January of 2010 I decided to start my own company to focus precisely on that aspect of customer service and I have never regretted that step. It has been the most exciting and rewarding time building up our name and watching our customers repeatedly satisfied with the service we provide. We believe our success in transport is their success in business. Our goal is to meet our customers’ individual needs because to us each customer matters, whether they use our service once a year or every day. Transport, logistics, professionalism and customer satisfaction are the key concepts in our business which we turn passionately into action.
