My job is to help you relax from your stress related symptoms
and encourage your body to heal.
I've helped with many things including; back pains, sciatica,
neck pains and digestive problems.

I have been working with people to encourage health and happiness for 9 years. I am a qualified Bowen practioner, Aromatherapist, Advanced Reflexologist and Indian head masseuse

Dousing helps me to give the most benefical treatments to my clients. Each person Is unique and dousing helps me to identify what their body and minds needs.

I developed a bad back after a bike accident in my late teens. After years of niggling back ache and no joy from the doctors I visited an osteopath, well I have never looked back, the relief given me was temporary but fantastic. This inspired me to study Holistic therapies and then the Bowen Technique. I have started my own practice where I use combinations of these therapies to help to heal and restore health.
