About Us

MTS (Power Tools) was established in 1972 by Allan Tebbutt to specialise in the sales and service of power tools and accessories. His son Marcus Tebbutt joined the company in 1976 and took over the running of the company when Allan retired in 1992. Marcus and his long serving team are knowledgeable and passionate about power tools and their applications. The company prides itself on the onsite repair and service of tools as well as the sharpening and regrinding of saw blades and cutters.

Our Products

In addition to the tools themselves, we also supply a full range of associated accessories and safety equipment. Our after sales policy is complemented by a full repair and saw sharpening service, most of which are carried out by our own highly trained staff and supported by a county wide collection and delivery service.

Our Services

Based in central Northampton ( 10 minutes from J15A of the M1 ) MTS have occupied their current premises for over 25 years. With plenty of off road parking you are welcome to visit the large showroom and discuss your requirements with members of the sales team at the trade counter.
Our opening times are Mon. - Fri. 8.30am to 5pm and Sat. 9am - 12 am
