At Buchanan House we care for 53 people, some of whom live with dementia and others who require Nursing Care. The emphasis is very much on quality of life and maintaining people’s independence for as long as possible.

The Manager, Dorothy Kerr, has been at Buchanan House for 9 years, many of the staff group have worked with Dorothy for many years. We offer a consistently high level of service and care, this has been reflected in our Care Inspectorate reports.
