Therapy the gentle way

I am an experienced counsellor, I volunteered at the Sunflower Centre in Northampton for almost 10 years helping victims and survivors of domestic violence.

My counselling methods are very integrative to my client's needs in that I do not rely on one theory alone to help people with their issues. If you need to have another's views on something bothering you or someone to take an outside look at a particular issue then please give me a call.

I offer mainly short term counselling - usually 6 sessions - but am happy if clients need to continue.

I am a member of the BACP, have a person centred counselling diploma, a certificate for bereavement counselling and am working towards a diploma for counselling children and adolescents for which I currently hold a certificate.
