Terrible service! The fitter Mr Grant was recommended, to me by flooring superstore. He quoted 3x the price of the flooring and insisted on £1,000 cash up front for materials. They began to screed the hallway and kitchen floor. The results are bad; the floor in the hallway is not level (as promised), planks on the floor are lifted with many loose. The herringbone pattern is wonky, some parts of the flooring not up against the skirting. When I call the shop (they said I had 15 years warranty) this warranty is worthless because the fitter told the flooring shop; this is a small problems and he has many floors to fit. No one cares it's all about the money. I was going to get carpets done upstairs but since this I have changed my mind. Don't make the same mistake I did, search for a professional fitter and professional flooring shop.
